Thursday 28th November marked the opening of the fourth Remark! Community lunch club.
Remark! Community have recently received three years worth of funding from the National Lottery to establish 2 new lunch clubs. We hosted the opening of our Camden lunch club on Friday 11th October, however this time, it was Richmond’s turn!
We had a fantastic turn out, with many members of the Deaf community, coming together to show their support. We are set up in a fantastic venue and look forward to the many wonderful lunches to come!
We would like to say a big thank you to James Chard, who is the deputy Mayor of the Richmond Borough.
We are incredibly delighted to invite any Deaf person over the age of 55+ to our brand new, weekly lunch club!
Find out more about the lunch club project which is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund on our lunch club page.
