Remarkable! Club Trip to Margate
Remarkable Club members were full of excitement as we headed to Margate! Everyone was looking forward to enjoying the bench views, fish and chips, and spending time at the arcades and the day didn’t disappoint.
A special part of the trip was our visit to Margate Deaf School. Five of our members shared their personal stories and memories of the building and surrounding area. It was fascinating to hear about how much has changed over the years.
The journey back to London was a long one, with some unexpected delays adding a bit of drama but spirits stayed high after such a memorable day.
